i really enjoyed my stay as the hotel is just a few steps away from the stunning valley gardens, making it super easy to explore the city’s charming landmarks and green spaces all within a short stroll, and i especially loved visiting the nearby knaresborough viaduct, which offers breathtaking views and lovely walks along the river.

The ancient TV was laughable, with a poor selection of channels!!! More plug sockets would be nice, and clearer signs for check-in would help prevent confusion!!! Let's not even discuss the overpriced food choices!!!

We loved driving over the charming little stone bridge to get there, and the amazing views of the dales and the river were just stunning. The cozy beer garden and the lovely little spots to unwind made our stay so refreshing. If they could spruce up the decor a bit, it would be even more inviting, but overall it was a delightful experience! 🌼

The evening meal was absolutely smashing, far exceeding our expectations—hats off to the chef! Plus, the picturesque vibe of the surroundings added a lovely touch to our stay. We also loved that we could stay just one night on our way to Scotland, which isn't easy to find these days.
While our stay was great, a refresh on the decor could boost the charm, and it'd be nice if guests could dine in the cozy main bar too. But honestly, not much to really sulk about.
